Exception Link Register (EL3)

When taking an exception to EL3, holds the address to return to.

Configuration

This register is present only when EL3 is implemented and FEAT_AA64 is implemented. Otherwise, direct accesses to ELR_EL3 are UNDEFINED.

This register is a Special-purpose register.
