Data Independent Timing

Allows access to the Data Independent Timing bit.

Configuration

This register is present only when FEAT_DIT is implemented and FEAT_AA64 is implemented. Otherwise, direct accesses to DIT are UNDEFINED.

This register is a Special-purpose register.

The architecture makes no statement about the timing properties of any instructions.

0b1

The architecture requires that the execution time of a data-independent-time sequence of code must be independent of all data-independent-time values. For more information, see About PSTATE.DIT.
