Data Independent Timing
Allows access to the Data Independent Timing bit.
This register is present only when FEAT_DIT is implemented and FEAT_AA64 is implemented. Otherwise, direct accesses to DIT are UNDEFINED.
This register is a Special-purpose register.
DIT is a 64-bit register.
